The Corroseum forum (new design under construction)

Quite possibly my fave obscure US power metal record of all time. RAVEN BITCH "tear down the walls" was released in 1987 to a indifferent crowd of either Thrashers or Glamheads & fell through the cracks. Some say 500 copies were pressed, others say 1000. Either way, it is now a very sought after record. 4 tracks of killer REAL metal. I've mastered this slightly to lift the bottom end up a bit, as i found it a bit too light in that department (Sue me) & increased the stereo spectrum somewhat too.I've left the files as WAV files for maximum sound quality. 4 tracks in 20 minutes of Superior US Metal.

Thanks as always for your sterling work malegys.
I know this one is held in high regard by several members here, but the rip i had was of such pitiful quality that i couldn't really tell what was what, so i appreciate the opportunity to evaluate it properly.

Cool, I'll check it out. I have the vinyl and put it on cassette back when I got it but never got around to a good digital rip, you saved me the trouble! Great Ep, I have always rated it highly too.

Superior steel. Jumping in line for this one.

One of the very best in US heavy/ power metal from the 80's with a touch of thrash metal. Reminds me of a cross between "The Dark" era Metal Church, "Taking Over" from Overkill, with traces of early Metallica. I have this godly ep of a metal treasure.
