The Corroseum forum (new design under construction)

I randomly compiled a few favourite metal moments according to my mood at the time into a clip on YouTube. The second point to doing it was to make something fun, that people could listen to and try guess all the bands, something I've thought I'd like others to put out there as well. Wasn't trying to make it really obscure, just a first attempt.

Hem...I know (almost) all them but I only recognised hardly the half so far (Iron Maiden, Tyrant (US), Oblivion, Brocas Helm, Liege Lord, Mystic Force etc) !!! Damn my early awake!! Some are amongst my favorite but still can't find them!!!

I recognize a few more of them, but I can't remember the bands right now

Out of those that I couldn't recognize, I found the track before Winters Bane the most interesting (the one with that "Lucifer..." on the chorus). If I have at some point already checked the band, I don't know in what mood I was and couldn't appreciate what I was listening to, because judging from only that small sample, the track fucking slays.

Pretty hard challenge I must admit. On many tracks we can't even hear the singer, so probably it's either you know who's playing or you don't.

I don't know how many people have checked the clip, I think it's quite a fun challenge, maybe with a bit of help we could find out more of them

Apparently, yes.. I had bought the boot lp about 10 years ago, listened to it 2-3 times and never bother to revisit. I heard some tracks again last night and I still don't like it that much. And the track in the clip (''The chosen one") is actually half great, the first, and faster, half is not equally good as the segment daniel has put in the clip, IMO.

Off the top of my head I believe to have heard Stormstrooper, Iron Maiden, Tyrant, Brocas Helm, Liege Lord, Warrior, Emerald, Liege Lord, Sacred Warrior, Sacred Blade, Crimson Glory.

I only listened to this once in the background whie performing other tasks though.

I'll give this another listen at a later date.
