That 'sealed' copy has obviously been re-shrinkwrapped and it's in a newer style jewel case. Can't count how many 'sealed' CDs I've bought that were obviously used / resurfaced and shrinkwrapped again, even 80s CDs in new jewel cases with clear trays sellers are such jackasses.

That they're shipped by a record store from USA means nothing today... They may very well stock from Azintex, seen it with my own eyes a few times.
