The CD is not the complete discography, their most famous release, "In nome del loro potere..." 7" can be found on the other Antichrist/Dionisus release "The furious years of italian hc in 7 inches" which I have for sale/trade.

It's funny as I had hundred of copies of these 2 CDs because the guy behind the label was (and still is) one of my greatest friends, living just 10 minutes far from my town. But last time I met him (a couple of week ends ago) he confirmed that he hasn't any of his releases anymore...or maybe yes but shelved somewhere in his mother's home and he's not willing to dig them out....

By the way, they have the Wretched CD at Agipunk, 8 euros....I can ask my friend Borys if he can reserve a copy for you but I'm afraid he's already on holiday....I can phone him and ask

"The furious years of italian hc in 7 inches" was another killer release...

No, Antichrist Dionysus was a guy from Pistoia called Daniele SchilirĂ².

To tell you the truth there was a diatribe that lasted several years between Antichrist Dionysus and FOAD (Ex E.U. 91 Produzioni) because Giulio the Bastard (singer in Cripple Bastards) blamed Daniele SchilirĂ² to release unauthorized CD's..(in particular Wretched and the "Furious Years/No one can decide for you" Compilation)
but I think it was just a market strategy to sell more copies of the (so called) "official" Wretched edition on FOAD and other bands they were planning to re-release on CD....

I know Daniele SchilirĂ² since 1993 and I remember how much time and efforts he spent to get in touch with Wretched, Declino, Indigesti, Eu's Arse, Fall Out...I saw papers, letters, documents, photos on his table received by the bands themselves so I never believed that he made unauthorized editions...he really fought hard and it was probably the first "real" complete collection on CD with full ep's of the glorious italian punk of the 80's...
probably there was a sort of jeaulosy or competition between labels at that time...probably Antichrist Dionysus wasn't really active in the scene except for gigs held in Florence, probably....who knows.....I don't even want to know what was the real reason behind it...

After a few years such polemic was solved but I clearly remember those times...even because both Daniele/Antichrist Dionysus and Giulio/FOAD are very very very good friends to me and it was sad to witness this kind of polemics....it was quite a though diatribe.

Antichrist Dionysus released some other 7" and Ep, a split Lp and something else I can't remember....there was also plans for an unreleased Split Lp with Sudore Vomitato from Liguria and...I think Crepa from Grosseto but it never saw the light. I've kept only the Wretched, "Furious years of italian HC/No one can decide for you" compilation and the Rupture MCD....
now he's into politics and electronic DJ here at Pecci Museum in Prato...he was a strange guy, he also released some fucking incredible harsh noise japanese limited CD edition with the most incredible shapes (tennis bat -shaped CD...) but they sold maybe 20 copies....then after that, he left music productions.

FOAD is just the new name of Cripple Bastards' own music label, formerly called E.U. 91 (Estremisti Uniti 91, formerly known as Checazzovuoi Productions)...they associated with Scarey and FOAD was born. It's still active and it's one of the most interesting labels in Italy nowadays, if not the best one for re-releasing old and news stuff. In the future they have a lot of super juicy planned releases but mainly on vinyl only.
