Quartz - Nantucket sleighride

Post by Rock Beast »

I have a quite good deal for some stuff I need and this little piece of calssic comes to. I know the "Satan's serenade" 7'' is good. But, Do I need the "Nantucket sleighride" 7'' ??

It will only cost me around $5 I guess.

The only Quartz releases Im familiar with is Stand Up And Fight and the self-titled. You dont hear of many metal bands doing Mountain covers, sounds very interesting. Ill have to check that out...

Cool 7"! And the band pictures on the back are simply superb! Are these hard to come by? Is the MA information that there are 3 colours of label, and 2 colours of front text correct?

Correction: You don't hear of many metal bands doing Mountain covers that aren't "Mississippi Queen" :P

I take it the OP already bought it?

For this price, if the EP is in good shape and if you aren't short of cash, it's worth a try. And I have on the Anthology CD and it's quite a good songs IMO.

Sorry if I go off topic a bit, does anyone know is Quartz "Against all Odds" ever released on CD format? I mean not even a bootleg version?
