Looking for a record

I have no idea what it's called or what band it is, I just remember the cover art. It's a girl on the cover who looks quite evil and she has blood dripping from her mouth. She's standing towards a white background and I think she's holding a knife in her left hand. Could be mistaken on that last thing. Have seen the cover a few times and the actual vinyl once but never heard it. Does anyone recognize this?

Early RUNNING WILD from DELIVERANCE, interesting.
Strange record for sure, maybe the right mixture of crappiness and culticness. Nothing that i can listen to every day.

Have to agree...their second LP has way better Death/Thrashers to offer besides the usual psycho-almost pre-Industrial tunes and the third LP is just pure garbage.

Here I am !-... GREAT album ... stupid caveman evil speed / yawn metal with a serious twist ... unique shit ,man .. the second album is way different and probably more interesting for most people as it's more competent or better not as simple as the total dunce metal album that is devils meat...good (!)sfx/keys on there too & instrumentals which create a haunting athmosphere , very recommended if you like classy Horror Metal such as Exorcist or Death SS
Never heard the third one, I guess with those comments it's for the better !
Running Wild is a totally different sounding band, what the hell!!!

I prefer Devil's Meat myself. Evil Friendship is killer as well, the third one so-so.
Edit: No Running wild on the debut as far as I'm concerned, plenty of Venom,yes, but hardly any early RW.
