The Corroseum forum (new design under construction)

Since I can't find any topic for the festival, I started a new one.

Up The Hammers festival is an annual fest in Athens (Greece) at AN Club and this year there are:

HURLEMENT (FR)
DIO Tribute Band (GR)

On March, 10 there will be a warm-up party with DEXTER WARD (GR/IT), STRIKELIGHT (GR), AXEVYPER (IT), SPEEDWHORE (D) and SACRED STEEL performing with a different setlist from the fest.

Anyone coming to UTH this year???

Its a great event, i am sure ALL people from abroad that have come here, will say the best things, so why dont you give it a try guys? Metal Festivals over Europe are not just KIT and HOA (with total respect to them)

If I had the funds for it, I'd definitely go, but alas... Anyway, I hear people have had a great time at UTH, never heard anything but praise for it.

UTH in 2008 was probably the best "Heavy metal holiday" I ever had. 7 solid days of Heavy metal with some of the nicest, friendliest maniacs I ever met. I've always been meaning to get back but it's difficult/expensive getting to Athens and March is never a good time for me to do any traveling.

Same here. I'd love to fly over, but not this year...

3 days (including the warm up show) of metal mayhem. our friends abroad should try and visit this festival at least once and witness its true greatness and friendly atmosphere

i really wish my band could play there one day,i think it would fit well....anyone has contact with the organizer?
