Classic Rock Series version which is now out of print.

Czech compilation released by Monitor in 1990.
Features Master's Hammer, Kabat, Debustrol etc.

I purposely avoid sellers with these kind of profitting shipping rates.

Probably not, that would cost an arm and a leg. Norway is an extremely high cost country. I'll let Eon answer these from now on as it really isn't my business.

Unregistered packages with a weight between 100-350 gram, it costs 75 NOK to send outside europe. As I am writing this, 75 NOK is 13,32 USD.
So no, I am not getting rich by sending packages around the world.
