ALKANA - The Tower lyrics?

Greetings, warriors.
I've been listening alot to this masterpiece lately, but I have some problems hearing what Jack Rucker / Damien King actually sings. Either it is the drums (esp. the hi-hat) that sounds kinda "splashy", or it is Jack that lisps, or both of these things, which makes it difficult to decrypt the story.
Anyone here that has better ears - and english - that could spare a few minutes helping me with the lyrics?

Took me a while, there were a few lines I'd forgotten about not getting right in the past.
ALKANA
‘The Tower’
Mystic fog surrounds the castle wall
Gazing up, the tower seems so tall
Guards posted everywhere
I see no way in
She is the fairest woman, in the land
She refused the King to take his hand
Held in captivity, she waits there for me
King Michael, black disciple
Evil ruler over all of this land
He called his wise men, to advise him
How to deal with the Princess Leann
You’ve got the power, to keep her in the tower
Til she submits to your every command
If she’s unwilling, we’ll plan a killing
Oh your highness wouldn’t that be grand
I’m feelin so low out of lovin her so, as you well understand
We loved for a while, but now in exile my Princess Leann
It’s not surprising, there’ll be an uprising
If the people learnt of this deadly deed
We killed so many, and the collected penny
From the taxes to feed our greed
We must uncover her only lover
Bring him to me just as fast as you can
We’ll hold a duel, I’ll fight that fool
Will he have the balls to fight til the end
I’m feelin so low out of lovin her so, as you well understand
We loved for a while, but now in exile my Princess Leann
Oh, I must find a plan, to rescue the Princess Leann
If he accepts, as we expect
What insurance do we have that you’ll win?
My mind is ready, my hands are steady
Just show the loverboy right on in
The first prize, as you surmise,
Will be the princess as your personal slave
But if you lose, you’ll pay the dues
Side by side we’ll be digging your graves
I’m feelin so low out of lovin her so, as you well understand
We loved for a while, but now in exile my Princess Leann
What guarantee, is there for me
I mean your Highness, can I trust your word?
Well if you must, you have my trust
Leave it at that, how absurd
It’s time to start, so on your marks
Then proceed, when the trumpets sound
Not just clashing, blades are slashing
The king cries as he falls to the ground
I started to sing, I’m the new king so do as I say
Go set her free, and bring her to me there’ll be a wedding today
Oh, I must find a plan, to rescue the Princess Leann
(solos)
The story’s ending, and we’ll be spending
Our lives together as the king and the queen
We’ll rearrange it, you know we gotta change it
This little kingdom could be so serene
Now who would’ve thought, that I would have fought and done what I have done
As the story goes we both lived happily ever after
Oh the happier man, ruled with the Princess Leann
Oh the happier man, in love with the Princess Leann

Really? I've always found his lyrics to be ridiculously articulate on that album, more so than in Warlord.
