The Corroseum forum (new design under construction)

Former Yugoslavia had quite an interesting Hard Rock/proto-Metal scene in the early 80's and I've only just recently started to explore it. Here's one of the better albums I've come up with so far:

Their guitarist was also in a band called Crna Ruza (Black Rose), who lasted from 82-84. This band had some troubles because of their name. At that time there was also a mysterious satanic sect in Yugoslavia with the same name, who were responsible for a lot of suicides. In 84 the band wanted to replace their vocalist with a new female vocalist, but she committed suicide just before, so the band was connected to that group.
Anyway, they recorded a demo with just 2 tracks:
