(Yokosuka) Saver Tiger demo, what is this

i just got this recently. honestly i never heard that band before though it's fairly infamous for being that hide guy's first band etc.
cant find any info when this was released. it sounds really old though, mid 80ies live id say.
with that "hide memorial forever" title, it must be a newer release, since hide died in 1998?
