Any infos on that independant label from California? Other releses maybe?

? BAY RUM - 4x4 12" 1982
SB-00100 ARYON - Alcatraz / Kiler 7" 1983
SB-00100 ARYON - Rebels Of The Night LP 1983
SB 1002 MAX LYNX - Take One LP 1983

Just wonder if they had more metal/hardrock releases. Could be, since ARYON and BAY RUM (more hardrock than metal) are very rare and quite unknown.

BAY RUM is total crap. Not metal, maybe not even hard rock. Avoid like the plague.

Very cool! Thanks

Yes, ARYON and even more MAX LYNX are great exemples of early US metal, and even though ARYON had some weaker hardrockish tracks, i do love their album. Hopefully they had another one or two hidden gems in their label rooster.

as far as I know that is it. I've dug through millions of records when I lived in the bay area and found none other than these 4. Bay rum is the rarest of the 4 and the worst too, so I never bothered to buy it.

Thanks, both of you! Alright, too bad, chapter closed and instead of finding new gems we'll just originate the first BAY RUM fan-club in the world, haha.

on South Bay? Interesting. So there could be more to this label after all.
