South Bay Records - any infos?
Any infos on that independant label from California? Other releses maybe?
? BAY RUM - 4x4 12" 1982
SB-00100 ARYON - Alcatraz / Kiler 7" 1983
SB-00100 ARYON - Rebels Of The Night LP 1983
SB 1002 MAX LYNX - Take One LP 1983
Just wonder if they had more metal/hardrock releases. Could be, since ARYON and BAY RUM (more hardrock than metal) are very rare and quite unknown.

Very cool! ThanksBuried By Time and Dust wrote:my next door neighbor sung in Max Lynx.I think he knows what happened to South Bay Records.I will ask him tonight.
Yes, ARYON and even more MAX LYNX are great exemples of early US metal, and even though ARYON had some weaker hardrockish tracks, i do love their album. Hopefully they had another one or two hidden gems in their label rooster. The Sentinel wrote: MAX LYNX is killer. I love that record.
