Has anyone ever seen a copy with p/s? I wonder how many did they make with or without one. I've heard 35 copies w/ps, is that correct?

One of the best US singles imho, both songs totally slay and i would love to take a look at the original cover. The one who can provide a photo wins a sightseeing day with myself at a local bavarian brewery! How 'bout that?
