First await positive feedback on live shows and releases with old stuff, or even a re-record old stuff album, then they can try new songs.

I don't think so. Have you ever played in a band? If they get back together they're going to have new ideas flowing too and no one is going to TELL them that hey you can't do that. This isn't a case of a band coming back and just trying to put out some new stuff, so I see no need for your negativity.

I'm not negative. Not your biggest talent spotting that anyway.
I just fear... fear!

I am excited about this. I like the idea of new tracks, makes more likely releasing the original old stuff properly and then new stuff also. No new tracks I would think would make more likely re-recordings...

Great!!!
Deep Machine is back. Band which never made in past official vinyl or cassette release !!!
Definetely they must release old demos and maybe some live recordings (3 live boots existing but in poor sound quality)
Any chance to get completly biography of this band because Malc Macmillian omitted this band in his encyclopedy?
On official sites any informations about history of the band.
cheers

What do you say? There's like 10 shows existing, some being sdoudboards...
As for Malc..... he NEVER omitted that great act from his book, it's just they never released any singles, albums etc..just demo tapes.

Because they didn't release any official vinyl that was reason why Malc omitted this band in his encyclopedy - true.
I know only about 3 demos and 3 live bootlegs.
Deep Machine, Green Gate, Illford 1981 - 17 tracks
Deep Machine, Greyhound, Chadwell Heath 26-04-1981 - 15 tracks
Deep Machine, Marquee 02-11-1981 - 9 tracks
Big Mouth if you have more informations please write about all biography and recordings of this great band and about missed (?) 7 live bootlegs.
Thanks for advance !
