Best bands from Chicago

Why Chicago? Well... Master, War Cry, Death Strike, Cianide... They seem to have a monopoly on some of the most crushing and heavy bands!! Are there any bands I'm missing?!

Yeah, War Cry is quite good. I'm also rather fond of Damien Thorne.

All Chicago bands were great, except of ERIC STEEL.

I think that in general Chicago knew how to play metal.

There were loads of great bands, most of the ones I'm familiar with have been mentioned. Slauter Xstroyes deserve to be mentioned even more though. For me, one of the top ten metal bands ever. Hm, or at least in the top 20.
