Anyone know of such a release, never heard of it before. More importantly anyone know where I can get a copy, or has anyone ever seen it?

It propably exists. Many live shows had been captured back in the day but as we all know, video quality of a 20+ year old VHS isn't so good and some times does not worth to convert it to digital format. We can make an exception though for great underground metal bands such as Parasite etc. One guy in youtube said that he had some live shows and one rehearsal in a studio from Jag Panzer in VHS from the 80s but his tapes were stollen.
