Uncompromising war on metallic modernism under the dictatorship of The Corroseum.

I feel exactly the same. Let's hope they'll kick some ass like the reunited CANDLEMASS does.Avenger wrote:Definitely one of my favorite Swiss acts but how will they sound?
And please, NO new album or re-recorded crap…
Right on! On second thought, please no live shows either, so you don't disappoint us mighty "fans" of the rapidshare age. No interviews either. In fact, just don't do anything. Just a website that says "reunited" is enough. Not a modern website though. And no myspace.Avenger wrote:Definitely one of my favorite Swiss acts but how will they sound?

ha i had that feelin since i read about this...Oliver/KIT wrote:I wanted to do them at KIT, but they wanted money only huge festivals like Hellfest or Wacken can pay...very underground indeed..
They need to announce a reunion once every 5 or 10 years though to keep the legacy alive. They just need do all it takes to never let it actually happen.mordred wrote:Right on! Okay, that's over exaggerating things... Sorry, I forgot that there are still mindlessly blind fans out there that will buy anything that sports the name of a band they like.mordred wrote:Right on! For me, GRIN was the worst thrash-gonna-grunge betrayal of an album portraying where the music was going in the early 90s. I still cringe and feel the virtual slap it left on my cheek when I heard it for the first time... an innocent teenager eagerly awaiting to headbang at his favorite band's new thrashterpiece... NOT! ...took me a long long time before I can enjoy their early albums again.DaN wrote:It's not like they ever went into a commercial/crowdpleasing direction before breaking up, like so many other bands...
Eactly! Only the past is real! Only the 80's were true! I don't remember a thing from the 80's myself because I'm just a 25 year old internet metal master and I never buy new albums and I never go to gigs but I like to please myself in the mens room while reciting the matrix numbers of the entire SPV mid price series!Avenger wrote:Okay, that's over exaggerating things... All hail disappointing reunions, capitalist re-recordings and boring, uninspired, modern sounding new albums. It’s 2010 bitches! Let’s shit all over the past because it’s just that, the past.
There are such things as commas and dots, you know.mordred wrote:Eactly! Only the past is real! Only the 80's were true!
