So what did you people think of it? I thinks this is really good stuff.

My relation with the so-called "Russian thrash" is not so good. I definitely prefer bands in the style of ARIA, OBLACHNYJ KRAJ, AUGUST, FIRST AID, MAGNIT, CREDO etc. Even the ''classic'' KORROZIA METALLA sound average to my ears. In another lifetime perhaps...

But do you like Thrash from other countries? Like Germany or USA?
I can understand what you mean though, the "classic" Russian bands do sound more proffesional and less "robotic" (Bombarder from Bosnia are a good example of Robot-Metal he he).

sorry I could not listen to it due to the low bitrate making my ears hurt, sounded promising though.

German thrash is my favorite thrash metal style + the more technical bands from the US. I do listen to thrash, if that was your question behind those lines. However, i don't know what has happened with all those Russian bands...Their tunes just don't move me. No problem with the Russian language, the songwriting skills are not so high as i expected i guess. Robot-metal rips btw! An enormous HAIL to THRASH QUEEN, KILLER FOX and the likes!

After listening to Falanga I need more Soviet evil metal! I'm downloading this right now but I'd also like to check their Metallizacija demo out. The link in the Soviet thread is dead so if anyone could re-up it it'll be appreciated

The Water of Cologne or Cologne's Water... am I right? What a silly album name. Downloading now as the track I had years back sounded obscure and cool.
