Pffft, Savage is meant to sound dirty and poorly produced.
BUZZSAW GUITARS.

But it isn't meant to have a hiss sound throughout. I have heard better Savage boots.
So this is a legal release?

Yeah. HMSS doesn't release anything without permission.

i'm sure you know how they make picture discs. it's a set of 3 12"clear vinyl "pic eps" w sewn+print patches on the back like they previously did with some sabbat stuff i think, all in two gatefolds with some inserts and a booklet. the gatefolds are in a handmade wooden boxset with some sort of pvc which looks like stone. i made a poorly attempt to scan it for musik-sammler.de but it basically looks like this on front
cant get around to scan all the other shit as my scanner sucks a lot
also included is a bonus CDR "the making of savage live aardshock". this one is really crazy and even if not band content it was really an interesting watch (a view behind the mask).
thankfully the actual music content is really enjoyable, it is noisy yes but good enough to listen to, the audience is great and the band feels really powerful. it's inconvenient that it is spread on 3 short discs though.

oh yeah of course every little thing was hand sealed and decorated with neat stickers. this time it was too hard to save all the sealings and just open them to take the records out whick sucked because i love how they make an effort even with such rather unimportant stuff like this. i kind of hate to destroy their effort for some reason
i also have the records out of the gatefolds , on top of them in the box so i can easily play them when i open the box. hmss is nothing about being convenient for sure
