Someone found some sealed copies, but the album is out of print, so it's OK with the Poisonoise rules.

Thanks for the info, Ermest. Link removed./Mod
Edit: Hmm, just read in the moderator's subforum that this is an old reissue which is not still in print.Just some old stock copies that are still in circulation.

Is that label an official distributor of Northwinds material? Those are probably some old stock copies that were found lately, the album is not still in print by the label that originally released it. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Black & Blue is not an distributor it's the original label that released them in 1990 and the copies THEY sell (in contrast to the guy on ebay) are not recently found but the original stock.
about it being still in print I have no idea (guess it's not, indeed) - maybe I understood the forum rules wrong on that point.
but still - if there are copies to purchase for $6 where's the point in downloading it? think we had this discussion somewhere else in the past but I'd have problems understanding if this would not count as "commercially available" while a official reissue does..

OK, I didn't know that B&B was the original label. So, that means that the album is not sold out yet by the label and that counts as 'commercially available' when we discussed it some time ago. I will temporarily remove the link. When all copies are gone, this album becomes commercially unavailable. I'd be glad if someone let us know when that happens.

Well I've seen some GG Allin and Bloody Mess & The Scabs CD on this label here in Florence (Italy) a 6-7 years ago....as far as I know they shouldn't be bootleg or unauthorized editions. But I've no idea about the Northwinds tracks...I guess they should be fully authorized

Omen of hate, thanks for the upload although I didn't come in time to get it
The thing is, that I bought the original LP, but I can't listen to it until I will fix my turntable
