Question about a Manowar Hail to England LP

I posted this Question in several Forums and also to Manowar Gallery
but no Response at all till now. Its just for Info for me
I have a Manowar Hail to England on Roadrunner.
But it says RR-9874 insteat of Roadrunner; RR 9865
Normal RR-9874 should be Bow Bow - Asian Volcano LP
Is this a Bootleg, missprinted Label or something else?
