I hope to be, but it depends on finances and arrangements for exams. Looks like a great line up

I will also be going. I need to find the easiest way to get there from Ireland, though. Any suggestions? Airports to fly into/ ferries or trains to catch?

I'm pretty sure I'll be there. Unbelievably good line-up. I don't fly so it's going to be interesting trying to figure out getting there from the UK.

Hah! Well please let me know if you find any decent ferry routes, as flying into the UK for me is rather cheap.

I only had a quick look but if you're flying from Dublin it seems your only option is to go to Stockholm, which is sort of in the wrong part of the country. If you could get to Gothenburg or Malmoe (via London?) the rest of your trip should be cheaper.

A train ride from Stockholm - Alvesta and return is like 80 euros. And that's if you book it now. The closer you get to the date, the more expensive. You could take the buss, but that's like 7-8 hours from Stockholm to Alvesta.
A train from Gothenburg to Alvesta and return is proabably around 50 euros.

I think your best bet is to fly to Stockholm Arlanda and then take the X2000 train (towards Malmö) and get off in Alvesta. The venue is only about 7 kilometres or so from the train station.

We're coming to Alvesta station around 11 or 12 in the morning on the warmup day, is there any bus or anything that takes us to the camping ?

I don't think so, unless the organizers sets it up. Your best way of getting there is either walking or taking a cab.
