Including demo 81, 7" 82 and demo 83.
A really great band that deserves more attention. This material would make a great reissue LP!

Ah, sorry. The folder was named Salem Demos, and I never bothered to check more carefully.

(Un)Holy smoke! Best new-to-me NWOBHM I've heard in ages.

Thanks for sharing- will check it out. The single is decent bt not a personal favorite. hard to explain why... maybe the songs are a little too repetitive. Not really sure. I'll be interested to hear if the demos are better

The vocals can be a bit out-of-tune on a song or two, that's the only thing that bugs me at times. "Fools Gold" from demo '81 = Official NWOBHM Anthem in my book.

I too, found the single a bit disappointing. Having heard loads about how heavy it was supposed to be, I found to to be rather mediocre, actually. I tend to dislike songs where the vocal track follows the exact same key as the guitar, as on "Cold As Steel" and while "Reach For Eternity" was better, it was just run-of-the-mill nwobhm.
Haven't heard the demos yet though. I'll get back to y'all.
