Short lived band from Quebec, formed by VOIVOD singer, Denis "Snake" Belanger, during his hiatus from the band.
They released a hand numbered 7" in a limited edition of only 500 on clear vinyl with a lyric sheet insert, "Save The World" b/w "Caveman", on Anti-Trust Records.
A self titled album was also recorded for the label, but went unreleased as the band folded before Anti-Trust could put it out. Having no band to promote the album, the label decided to shelve it.
Eventually the album was given a semi-official belated release by Iron Gang Records.
The music is more straight forward than that of VOIVOD, but retains the hard edge and anacronystic "vibe" of Snake's main band, the unmistakeable vocal attack of the man making comparisons inevitable.

Hmm certainly less metal what I expected to be but still interesting. I can't really decide do I like it or not. More listenings needed! :)

It took me a little time to get past my expectations of how it might sound and listen to it without my presumptions interfering, but once i got there, there are some great songs to appreciate.
I think many people expected it to be more Punky as Snake was often seen to embody the Punk side of the bands sound, and while the songs are compact and direct for the most part, it's certainly not punk, i think the sound is quite akin to the "Katorz" Voivod era style at times.
Just my take on it.
