OBLIVION KNIGHT - Demo 1990

Scott from www.texasmetalunderground.com was kind enough to recently send me a copy of this amazing demo, so I thought I'd share it with all of you. My previous experience was with their 1987 demo, so I had no idea they had gotten so damn progressive, but this demo is absolutely killer! Download or die!

As far as US metal bands go, I really think these guys are totally forgotten heroes. It's a shame that so many lame bands (I'm mostly thinking of black metal) can have albums out due to the cheap prices of technological advances nowadays, but back in the day of true metal (mainly the 80s), so many amazing bands had to fight just to get a record deal, such as Oblivion Knight, Militia (Texas. US), etc, etc, etc. (and even those didn't get a deal!)
Ugh. So much talent was wasted back then.
