The only vinyl that comes to mind is the MILLENIUM(india)/THE CRISIS(nepal) split 7", but as you may know it was released in the late 90's. 1 generic Thrash-song + 1 pretty good Heavy/Power-cut which may or may not have been recorded in the 80's.

From Central America I think that Los Guerreros del Metal (Guatemala) debut LP from 1989 is quite interesing.
P.S Great cover artwork.

I don`t think it is expensive. I bought mine when it came out (I think it was around 2000) and doubt that the price went higher, because noone knows about it. Czech label View Beyond released it in an edition of 300 copies or so.
I liked it and if I remember right the Millennium tracks were from 95 or 96, while The Crisis was very obscure Hard Rock from Nepal, if I remember right.
I wish I could hear the whole albums of both bands...But Rocco, I don`t think that it will satisfy you....

If I remember right, the first track was Thrash Metal, nothing special, while the 2nd one quite good Heavy Metal....Haven`t listened to it for years....I would gladly upload it, but don`t have the equipment for a rip. Maybe Dan can do it...

THE CRISIS is one of the best and most original "Exotic Metal" recordings I've ever heard. I'm surprised so few here have heard it. There's a Brazilian bootleg 12" of their 2 songs from the split 7", still available from Rainer K/Metaleros I think.
Anyone remember the name of the guy who released the split? I think it was an ex-Canadian now living somewhere in Eastern Europe. I had some email contact with him years ago and he told me he had a full-length tape of THE CRISIS back in Canada (!)
I'll try to dedicate this friday evening for ripping & uploading. It's been a while and I have some more really obscure stuff that needs to be heard.
...so, no Costa Rica vinyls that you know of then? What about neighbors Nicaragua and Panama?
