Choosing such obscene moniker and ripping off the Spinal Tap logo is sooo typical over-the-top Japanese style it cracks me up.
Music wise it sounds like Cranium (or Deutsche heavy metal parody on crack) with evil vokills. Quite entertaining I'd confess.

The band name is probably taken from the GISM song

I'm into 'em, but I don't believe they're Japanese. According to rumour it's a Netjajev S.S. side-project.

Got their record a while ago, it's a whole heap of fun. Nothing too groundbreaking, but truly solid Punk/Thrash/Black shit that's always a blast never mind the occasion.
