Sorry for contact you about an item you have sold. But I need to ask you if it is everything ok with the payment you have received from transilvaniahunger. He bought a US$250.00 record from me on 17/10, at the first moment the payment was cleared and I sent the record to him and now almost 1 month later paypal put a hold on my account. And he did the same thing to another seller.I know that I am going to lose my money because I am not covered since he chose a shipping way that it is not covered for Paypal Seller's protection.I think paypal is going to send the payment back to him.Can you believe?

I have reported him to ebay and paypal. I sent the record to him registered but paypal says that they need a track number that I don't have.And now paypal says that I have to contact buyer to ask the record back. The guy uses a stolen credit card and paypal tells to ask the record back.Can you believe?! He did the same thing to : clemclone2, vovakiev, litterrthing, demosjeremy but they have the money back since they are from USA and USPS registration is a track number.I am going to send other message to paypal.THEY MUST DO SOMETHING!!!! And we have to discover a way to stop him!!!!

2/ the seller send the packet
3/ he ask a refund to paypal (??????????)
4/ paypal send the money back (??????????)
5/ the guy receive the packet and keep it
you have sent the records and paypal refund the money from your account

eBay Seller Beware!!

Since eBay do not allow sellers to leave negative feedback on buyers, I have to remind the sellers of the buyer scam.

I sold a brand new HP LaserJet M1522nf Multifunction Printer (eBay item number: 250310591243) to this buyer, transilvaniahunger, and shipped the item to the paypal confirmed address through UPS (tracking number: 1Z89120R0395010611)after I received the paypal payment. The shipping address is as follows:

However, once the printer was delivered, this buyer filed a claim on paypal stating that the payment was unauthorized. Paypal then reversed the original payment of $213.70 even though I provided them the UPS delivery information!

I am very regret that eBay and paypal are very unfair to honest sellers like me. They are spoiling buyers and ecouraging buyer scams!!

I would like to suggest you add this eBay ID, transilvaniahunger, in your blacklist.

With their current policies eBay and PayPal have turned into a scammer's paradise. Their so called "Seller's protection" is the most laughable thing ever seen. It will be getting worse.

yeah, ebay/paypal do little-nothing for the seller. Funny, since the seller is the only one who financially supports ebay by paying fees... you'd think they'd try harder to work on their behalf. Of course, rip-off sellers abound too.
