I checked again just to make sure that my late night after having been up for 26 hours wasn't making me delusional and I can still only find threads announcing 1/5, 2/5, 3/5 and 5/5.

Dude, if you're hinting about several years ago when Tom Martin goofed out with some CDR demos - I'm aware of it and this is totally unrelated to me and STORMSPELL. I heard this story and in fact when I licensed and released Necromantic Maelstrom I offered the wholebuyer to take care of LK's debt on my own account. Not because I was oblidged in any way to do it, but coz I felt it is the way it should be.

Now, Toxic Zombie Onslaught is Stormspell's release, and if you are stabbing me in the back for something the band did in their demo days on their own accord is totally unfair and uncalled for!

If you have a story regrading me ripping off someone which could be releated to this topic, be my guest and post it here - I'd be more than glad to address it.

If you have a beef with Lich King UNRELATED to to me or Stormspell, please open your own topic and do it there, thank you in advance!

Well, in order for me to answer I need to know what rumors you are babbling about. So please stop being vague and speak up what's on your mind so I can answer to it, or take it elsewhere.

Nothing more than some people didnt got the records they paid for. One was indeed with the demo CDRs. What was the problem there?

Here's what I've been told about this demo CDR fuck-up:

Remo paid Tom Martin $30 for some demos in advance. As it usually happens it took a lot longer for Tom to wrap up and duplicate the demos, and by the time they were done the guy was already angry. In addition the Demos came expensier than expected, so Tom had to ask some extra cash, things got uglier, so Tom refunded Remo. Remo told Tom he hasnt received the refund coz he had paid from old work e-mail he has no access to (why the money didnt end up back in his paypal account if the old email was linked to it is unknown to me).

My personal position on this is that both parties are guilty:

Tom: in addition to the refund he should have still sent the fucking demos to Remo for free to make up for the long delay. This is what I would have done if I was in his place, and he knows it.

Remo: if you claim to support indy bands by buying their demos in advance so all the moeny go to the bands - then be prepared to be patient. Band are this way and happen to drag their arses.
And go manage your paypal account for god's sake

Now, all this has NOTHING to do with me. I've signed LICH KING's Necromantic Maelstrom an year after this fuck-up happened and found out about this shit only recently. I didnt even know about LICH KING at the time this shit occured. Bringing this shit I have no relation to in my topic is very uncalled for and I take it very presonally as an act of hostility against my releases and my services. I'd like to very politely ask you to not post in this topic anymore. If you have beef with me, feel free to contact me at any time, if you have beef with Lich King, take it to Tom Martin!
