How can you judge if they're real? Do they have something special like pro labels or something?

Sorry to hijack your thread but I don't feel like opening a seperate one for it.
I acquired this Bloodbath tape on ebay from someone who claims to have gotten it from the band for a review back in the day. However, it doesn't look very original to me to be honest. No sign of aging, the cover looks like a xerox that could have been made this morning.
So...any opinions?

I even believe it has a pro cover and no (very badly!!!) xeroxed inlay..

Here is a pic of the demos offered to me. They were obtained in japan 5 years ago
The guy is alright and says he is not sure if they're original
