Any chance of doing a black vinyl reissue of Black Death? I've been searching for the record for sooo long now.

Probably not because there's not too much demand for either picture disc.

Yeah, but maybe that has to do with the format of a picture disc, which many people (including myself) dislike. I was a bit surprised you put Into Battle out on PD, because it's quite easy to get hold of an original (esp. the Steamhammer version). That's hardly the case with Black Death.

Well you can complain about the format to the band.

Where is it so easy to get the original at?

Ebay, less than 20 euros most of the time. The First Strike version is more expensive off course. They pop up pretty often here in Europe.

Are you talking about the German pressing for 20 Euro / $30 USD?

You still need to add shipping, etc and you're still looking at $45-$55 USD for a non mint/mint copy I think.

Yes, the German pressing. With the weak dollar, getting the PD is probably a better idea :)

Yeah, especially for Americans. With the weak dollar, buying something like this from the US makes a lot of sense for Europeans, and the original consequently won't be all that expensive. (Of course, me being Norwegian is an advantage on top of that with the strong Krone in Norway. )

From what I understand the German pressing is missing the last song on Side A, "Preludious"...?

That sucks.

Then the picture disc is a much better deal I think. The full version and remastered versions of all the songs in full.
