Axis - Messiah

Before I got the "Lady" single, I had 2 versions of the B-side "Messiah". One was on the Lead Weight compilation and another was on the Flame Burns On compilation. I has assumed that the version on Lead Weight was a different recording from the single, but when I finally got the single I found that they were same. Now my question is, where is the version on the Flame Burns On CD from?
