Cult Crossover

Since we've been talking a lot about Thrash lately, I was wondering if there are some "cult" Crossover bands. I like a lot this genre when done right, but most of the bands are just superficial and cheesy metal. Are there more "cult" and serious bands in this genre (by serious don't mean their lyrics, but their music) like Dead Brain Cells or Bootlegs, for example?

Does WEHRMACHT count? Not very obscure one but a great band.
The japanese ROSE ROSE did some good crossover stuff too
Then ofcourse there are classics like Septic Death, Cryptic Slaughter etc.

Of course, Wehrmacht, Cryptic Slaughter, Septic Death, I love all those bands, but they don't come to my mind when I talk about Crossover. I was thinking bands more like Ratos De Porao, for example, you know, when the harcore element is more in the vein of Poison Idea or Cro-Mags.
I'm gonna check out thar Rose Rose band.
(edited after reading anthares post) As I said above, I love Ratos De Porao, and I forgot all about Armagedom. I tried to get some of their stuff some time ago, failed, and just quit. Now I'm gonna try again.

GISM first LP rules!!!
I couldn't get into the second LP though, maybe I should give it a few more chances.

I'd love to get my hands on one of those GISM albums, are any re-issues or orginals easy to get (not too expensive). I've never seen them.
My favourite 'crossover' band is Sacrilege. Behind the Realms of Madness is an absolute masterpiece.

They are pretty hard to get.
