I think you mentioned pretty much all the great power/thrash bands.
A few more:
ORACLE - As darkness reigns. Superb power/thrash with a heavy prog touch.
KRAZE's Devil in disguise is also recommended.
Maybe BITTER END's Harsh realities can be added to that list too. Very Megadeth-influenced stuff.
By the way, i'm searching for FORTE's Dementia by design demo. Do you have it, Tom?

Don't forget Hades (US). Their first two albums are some of the best power/thrash there is, although their debut is quite a bit less thrashy than the sophomore release.

The Heavy Artillery compilation is essential for fans of this genre.

Well, Spreading The Disease by Anthrax is a great Power/Thrash album, but I know everybody hates Anthrax around here, hehe.

So do I. At least the first two releases, plus I quite like Among the Living actually. Should I get my coat?

No, we'll just get our bats(from the belfry).
Actually, the first two Anthrax albums are pretty good. Most of AtL is too slow and to me feels like proto groove metal. I think PoT is decent too.

Anthrax after the debut become increasingly horrible, heh. I know Dan will back me up on this one! Simple-minded, politically correct 'let's party! party!' metal! Horrible, horrible, the opposite of the direction thrash metal of note was taking in the same time!
