Eerie. The lead riff reminds me of this BLACK HOLE-song I can't pick out at the moment.

Funny? Yes, but mostly thanx to the priceless facial expressions

Not really funny acc. to my standards, but I registered one good riff. Who knows where it came from. Due to other clips, is parody-Metal becoming a subgenre?

Worst thing is fans of modern groove/chuggachugga/flowermetal doing a parody of "funny 80s heavy metal". Thinking it's about tight leatherpants and silly lyrics. :?

Oh, lighten up you guys.

Metal in a lot of cases was never ment to be taken seriously.

I'm not against metal parodies but I know that some "modern metallers" ridicule 80s metal and says its too cheesy for taken seriously and shit. I hate that kind of attitude. I'm not saying that the people who made this video are the same though..

quoted for truth...indeed, this attitude is realy ridiculus, and cannot harm Metal in any aspect, I'm refering to existing brains, and not to empty skulls, ok? :P

this song rocks!!!!
and please, lighten up. it's just a parody. making a parody doesn't mean you're making fun of the original!!!!!!!!

according to how the 80's were being seen back then it was something unexpected....people make fun of it now since the fashion from today's era is completely different than it was 20 years ago....most people are too fat to wear spandex and are too embarrassed to show their bulge...

i agree with you guys when people try to make the parody when they dont know shit about heavy metal, and think its just cheesy and funny.....come on, are bands from today like TRIVIUM serious???? for me they are gayer than 80's metal...there is no testosterone in todays rock'metal

There's nothing more cheesy then a modern day rap video.

The only difference is those guys actually do think that their shit don't stink...

Hehe yeah. And I don't think that videos like "Breaking The Law" by Judas Priest, "Holy Diver" by Dio or Iron Maiden's "Can I Play With Madness" were meant to be taken shit seriously. And because of that I think that some of them really capture an honest, pure, revolutionary and undoubtfully HEAVY METAL feel. It's a shame if the youngsters cannot look through the "campy special effects" etc. and see that. Besides, I think that charming and funny videos are better than the most of these ultraboring metal videos of today.
