Probably I'll be doing an interview to Víctor Rueda, vocalist of this Uruguayan band, and maybe the lead guitar player will be answering too.
I was just wondering if anybody here has a question for them, maybe I can include it in my interview. Or if you have a 'zine and want to make your own interview with them I can ask him/them for you and give them your contact.

Is it true that Urugayan people eat BBQ all the day? And that this is the cause that so many suffer from colon cancer because of the tons of BBQ they eat?

That's the question you'd ask great band member? You quirk, that's a question for their minister of healthcare ...

Actually I'd have a few: ask him about the artwork of the debut album - who, what, how, etc. And whether they plan rerelease. maybe you should point him too NWN to make a killer die-hard rerelease on 220 grammer with giant backpatch, etc.

Yeah, I already wrote a question about a possible reissue. And about the artwork, I'll ask him, but Graf Spee is the name of a nazi ship that was sunk by its captain in front of Uruguay's shores, so I guess that's what the cover represented, even though I don't know if its exactly a reproduction of that very same ship.

GRAF SPEE was always one Death Metal band I would love to put out that will break my cheery in the genre...
Hey if they're interested, tell em I'm interested if they want a nice quality looking re-issue.

According to Metaleros they started out as a classic HM band in the early 80's and only turned to DM later. It would be cool to know if they ever recorded anything in their early days.
I'm also curious to hear what they think of the production and playing on "Reincarnation". Like many old cult SoAm bands, those 2 factors held them back a great deal imo.

Well, the songs on Brigadas Metálicas are sort of a link -I guess- between the earlier days and the legendary DM days, I was thinking of asking them what took them to develop their style to a more exrteme vein. And is a good one about the production, I'll add it to the interview.

Just recieved the answers. They're a transcript of a phone conversation, so I have to sort it out in spanish and then translate it on english, but once I'll do it I'll put it here for you to read (maybe I should put a 2 pages tease so you buy the zine, hehe).
