Holy shit man! I love you!
I once bought this LP from Dan, but then returned it to him after a while, it was not in the best of shapes. :x :x

Just downloaded Inner Sanctum's demo, after the waiting period I'll donwload this one. It seems there could be some interesting stuff here. I've only heard Blasfemia.

I've been listening to it last night and my first impressions were:
Pestes: Heavy Metal, not too melodic, and a bit punkish in some moments, reminded me to Cross from Uruguay, mainly in the way he sings.
Mutantex: one of the worse Punk bands I've ever heard. Like most South American Punk, sounds like Spanish Punk.
Pene: also Punk, but dirty, aggressive and with balls. Decent track.
Amen: Aggressive thrashy Heavy Metal, ruined by the some really bad vocals.
Ekrion: Typical South American Thrash, kinda extreme and dark. If I don't remeber wrong this one was the track that had sort of a crusty feel in some riffs.
Agresor: South American Death Thrash, period.
Profanación: South American Black Thrash, period.
Dexkoncierto: I think this guys were also sort of extreme Thrash.
Blasfemia: the only band with life beyond this compilation. South American Thrash. Doesn't sound nothing like Parabellum in my opinion.
Mierda: this was the track that impressed me the most. Very raw, noisy, dark, chaotic. This one did remind me of Parabellum. I would like to hear more from them, but I know that there isn't material. Too bad, it was an interesting band.

Second half is way more interesting than the first one, but these are just the first impressions, written far away from home, so some of them might not be quite right. Once I listen to it more I'll be back to affirm or rectify.

Dexkoncierto never had their own release in the 80's/90's but they were on a few compilations and are still around. They just released a CD last year, haven't heard it yet though.

I think that Mutantex fucks up the whole album. Besides, they have 4 fucking tracks!!! Without those tracks the compilation would've been a lot better.
The album is the soundtrack of this movie http://imdb.com/title/tt0100508/
