It's not really metal, but I have to say Hanoi Rocks - "Dead by Christmas". Spinal Tap's "Christmas with the Devil" ain't bad either.

I have to say that my favourite is Seikima II - Akuma No Merry Christmas.
I heard it even before King's "No Presents For Christmas" and it's still nostalgic and great to me.

I only remember 3. Blitzkrieg - Santa, the already mentioned "No Presents For Christmas" and Manowar's new "Stille Nacht/Silent Night".
