Awesome, thanks a lot for this.

I know this isn't the request section but I'd really like to hear the АЙСБЕРГ (Iceberg) full length from 1988 if that's possible please.

I never managed to confirm the rumor about this mystique ICEBERG 1988 album AON (Art of Noise - very reliable Bulgarian punk label, the guy has vast knowledge and collection of the BG underground) was spreading around. I spoke to Iceberg's bass player for a while an year ago (he plays guitar in LAVINA now) but for very brief and totally forgot to ask him about 1988 album, doh!

I asked a BG friend of mine from Las Vegas (I think you know him Iordan?) and he confirmed it but I can't remember if he had a copy or not. He sold a bunch of stuff a couple of years ago on eBay. I can vaguely recall what the cover looked like also but I could be wrong. Maybe someone else on the board can confirm or deny this release?

Yeah I know the guy but wasnt aware he may have this LP.

I just heard Epizod may release a DVD with archive live show BBC filmed in 1991. I have been bugging them to do that for ages! This show was aweseome - theatrical horro show a-la alice Cooper/Lizzy Borden with coffins, guillotines, the death, and an angels balet troupe, haha!

This album is their best imo. Ironically, they disowned it coz they have new image now.

that Tsar Ivan Shihman is an incredible video, completely epic, I can just imagine a Doomsword song produced like that. Though the english subtitles kind of ruined it for me in a way.

I'm glad AT LEAST one person likes it. We have spent a lot of time compiling the footage to match the lyrical concept. Unfortunately, the DVD never took off and I have had the DVDs in stock for ages selling them for $5 and no one even bother to buy a copy, haha! (and they ARE factory pressed DVDs with inserts and everything).

The subtitles are plagued with typos. Unfortunately the band opted not to consult me and never bothered proof-reading them before burning the master. They can be turned off however.

Other than that, the DVD screams epic and all 15 songs are in the same vein as Tzar Ivan Shishman - mini medieval movies with footage carefully selected from 7 different Bulgarian blockbuster historical motion pictures from the golden era of Bulgarian cinema.

Damn, I have to play the DVD now!

Derrick, please remind me and I'll get you a copy when I go to Bulgaria this April. I'm not going to stock it as it seems no one cares for Epizod DVDs at all and I have more than enough St Patriarch Evtimij DVDs as it is  .
