Pentagram (USA) demo help

Hey Folks- can anyone provide me with tracklists for the following Pentagram demos? I'm trying to sort out some bootleg recording I have and I think they contain random songs from demos, but I'm not sure.
I need a tracklist for the warehouse rehersal, arlington, 12/21/73 (21 tracks, 74 minutes) and also for the America Mailing warehouse recording done in Dec 1972+Feb 1973 (11 or 12 tracks; their Wikipedia entry gives the titles for 11 songs but i'd like a confirmation; 7 were included on First Daze Here vol 2)
