The Corroseum forum (new design under construction)

I had this idea for an activity we could have on this forum. Someone posts the lyrics (or a representative excerpt) of one HM song and then another user posts the lyrics of a song that seems to be in 'reply' to the concept of the last song's lyrics. It doesn't have to be always in contrast, but differences are what fuel discussions after all, so those are the most welcome. It might turn out not as interesting as it was in my head, but who knows!

I'll start with the immortal 'Black Mass' by the closet-white metal Warlord

This is a different point of view of the same gathering I guess It could be some traveling christians approaching this gathering in the forest and one of them is spotted and chosen and the rest try to escape.

This man bears wounds from these memories, and these wounds, time does not heal.

I think our guy needs some action in his life, perhaps, something to keep him occupied. Perhaps a bit of heavy metal hope, maybe! Let us not have him dwell in darkness forever!

He has had enough of all the suffering from delusion and the every degenerating reality, so here comes a lyric I've created:

how dispondent and solipsistic! No consciousness, no thoughts, disappearing forever to remember nothing at all? Perhaps life is pain after all, but yet it is also what we make it...
