FIREAXE

I'd like to hear your opinions on FIREAXE as far as their (his) music is concerned.
A friend of mine sent me a few years ago a promo CD for Food for the gods, and I liked some tracks very much. I finally bought from him the album box one year after or so (he bought several to make the band known here).
Sometimes the approach seems naive, especially in the lyrics, but the music is great IMO. Very epic and powerful despite the limited means.
Of course, on three hours of music, one can find some lower moments, but the overall quality is very good because of some solid songs, with memorable riffs and choruses.
