Argh, at least I made it! Here we have not the known Snow White. These guys are from North Carolina, and they play good Heavy/Melodic Metal. Their CD was released in 1988, produced by Benny Stolitz and them. Enjoy! :D http://www.filefactory.com/file/821d00

Hm.. some of these titles scared me away from downloading it. How "L.A." is this on a scale of 1 - 10?

I think atfter all, it's a matter of taste. I said it from the start that here we have to deal with Heavy/Melodic sound, with really good solos, and an obscure voice with a distinct Street Feeling that drives you back in the 80s. Love it or hate it, there's NO other solution. Anyway, Anyone need any Lazarus Sin upload?

I don't think it's a love-it-or-hate-it case. I personally didn't hate it, but i didn't love it either. Imo it's a barely interesting record, there are hundreds US albums like this one that are described as US metal or just metal, something pretty misleading for such a forum. Visit www.heavyharmonies.com and you'll see that stuff like this is considered indisputably ''80s Heavy Metal'' :?

Look, you don't seem to understand what I'm trying to say. I write what feeling brings this record out to me, and I DON'T TRY TO MISLEAD ANYONE! This record is a Heavy/Melodic Metal one, I never used the word Metal alone, did I? It has 80s Metal elements, but it has more Melodic character also, I would say. And I don't need lessons from anyone to see how it sounds like to my Heavy Metal Ears. Unique guitar solos, obscure vocals and pounding drums...speaking musically always, cause the lyrics are rockish, to make this clean...

First and foremost what i said was my opinion. Now why you took it as a lesson, i really don't know. Also, one doesn't have to be a metal teacher to understand that this album isn't metal enough. And i wouldn't call it melodic metal either. Snow white is just another one of those thousands of bands that flooded the US scene at the end of the 80s and who very badly used the word metal in order to describe their music, abusing thus in the most harmful way the true meaning of the term.

you gave me the link to "find out what 80s Metal is", didn't you? Ok, if you think that SNOW WHITE harmed Metal it's your right to do so! On the other hand, I know many Metalheads who say that One Cold Night is Melodic Metal too, and that's not a coincidence. I'm not saying that is 100% Metal, but it's not that thing you just described!(imo). Anyway, I don't think we should go on further with this conversation, if you don't like it, just ignore it...

That was written in a sarcastic way. I don't know if you visited the site but the link was more about ''find out what is not 80s Metal" and not the opposite.

no, I didn't visit the site, I didn't have time. Anyway, I'm gonna upload the other file now. The previous site has an exceed limit, so I must use the megaupload, but it's very slow. Can anyone help me with uploading files on Rapidshare? I browsed the file, but it can't be uploaded, what's going on? :?
