It's not bad and not rare I would say $10-$15
Christian Metal with sone pretty good songs but not there best.

The cover is just a painting from Gustav Doré. Emperor used it aswell for their first 12".

I know that the LP has become very rare, but this is way too much.
40€ would be a good price nowadays, as far as I know.
