Looks original, either 1st or 2nd pressing. My copy of Tortured Existence (same US release) had "Mastered By Nimbus" in the matrix. Same misprint on the tray card though.

Does yours have the "Tortured Experience" misprint on the disc? I believe the Nimbus version w/ this misprint is the 1st press, and this one with only the cat. no. in the matrix is 2nd, I'm pretty certain because it seems Century Media US stopped using Nimbus in 1992. One pressing of Epidemic Of Violence was pressed by Nimbus as well, another by Sony (DIDX). And most others from 1992 and up have DIDX or other matrix, while most of the 91 releases are Nimbus. Tough to say with a label that big though.

Are you sure about this? There is a Nimbus matrix on my copy of Iced Earth - Burnt Offerings from 1995 - but you said CM US, so maybe its pressed in Europe (but are there any Numbus matrix CDs pressed in Europe?). There is also an IFPI. You dont see those two coexist too often

No I'm not 100% about this, just my guess judging from the discs I own (or owned). I believe there was a Nimbus plant in Europe, some Earache UK releases have this matrix, also some Under One Flag, etc. My Burnt Offerings CD (USA 7793-2) has just "12403 4" as matrix, I don't know what pressing it is but I got it at a used shop over a decade ago.

I have a German pressing of 'Tortured Existence' and matrix is:
CD - 849713-2 12 A2 MASTERED BY DADC AUSTRIA

Regarding the Demolition Hammer CD pressings, if the CAT Number starts with "CM" it's a US pressing and if it starts with "CD" it's the German pressing.
The First US pressings of these CD's have the "MASTERED BY NIMBUS" Matrix prefix. The second US pressing looks like the photo posted and the third for at least "Epidemic Of Violence" "has the "DIDX" martrix prefix.
As far as I know there was only one German (European pressing) and it has the common "MASTERED BY DADC AUSTRIA" matrix prefix. I'm not certain but I have been told that the German pressing is the very first off all of them, but don't quote me on that.
Oh, and regarding the "Nimbus" pressing plants, there was the obvious US plant based plant out of Greene County, Virginia but there was also one in the UK, after all ODC Nimbus is a UK company.
