The under one flag version was already bootlegged, I think its from malaysia or thailand. Now there is like 3 bootlegs of that cd at least, stupid bootleggers it was already reissued anyway.

I thought the Malaysia bootleg was the fake Combat version ?
You're right there is the legit Metal Mind 2007 reissue, they really have no excuses at all
And moreover Exumer reissues by High Vaultage exist since 2001 !

Yeah I have the under one flag boot, I got it like a year ago, didn't know a boot existed of the under one flag version and the matrix looked very close to the real one from the photo, dunno if its asian but it sure is cheap, yellow fingerprints all over the thing, they scratched the hell out of it to make it look legit and damaged the inserts on purpose too. The disc looks bronze colored and very cheap.

Yes, he did it all and this nightmare continues. You was right. Shame for me, i didn't realize that he is directly a manufacturer too, i just repeated his lie about "just selling these boots and nothing else". Too bad, we had a good companionship in the past, but now trust is lost.

Ok dude ! Is there some way to stop him ? He is almost same level of greeks now ... ALONE ! There must be somebody who holds a copyright and is able to sue him, so he would stop forever, too much damage has been already done :S
If somebody needs his real address I think I have it (he won an auction on ebay from me in the past ^^)

I doubt that we can do something with it. It seems like he going to make bootlegs from every CD from his collection, so we can expect for THOUSANDS of new boots in the near future. And these new Exumer boots already for sale in someone with russian account on eBay:

Too bad, because i still need "Possessed By Fire" CD and this boot will bring additional troubles for me and everyone who need original japanese press.
And Ukraine now is something like Greece in a world of collectors, bad reputation of poor and greedy people.
I am trying to do my best with all information and CD scans of these new shit quality boots on Metal Treasures blog, but it's like a drop in the ocean. We need more influential leverage impacts from bands, labels etc.

Does somebody have the bootleg ? Posting cd scans so I can see if there are some visibles difference with my original would be a good idea.

Yes.

Helstar, as previously discussed, the original is easily distinguished from the boot due to the silver part of the matrix extending much closer to the clear hub of the disc than the bootleg.
