I contacted a seller couple of days back regarding matrix code and year of release and he answered that when they had these pressed they tried to make them as close to the originals but CD matrix is not the same as the originals, or the 2nd pressing. He wrote that these were released in May 2011 but that this is not stated anywhere on CD or artwork.

No it wasn't because in that case I would have spent $75-$100 to buy it in some of the various chances I had (30 copies on ebay+various lists). Top want is the one which is completely "lost" or hidden & noone seems to have.

That really has nothing to do with it. I'm not a fan of Visitor so I'm not sure about the specifics of that album for example but if it were only a single musician that has the song writing credits then that single musician would also have the rights to the music. In that case only one member would need to give his consent to have the album re-issued. It’s not about every member giving consent, it’s about who owns the rights to the music.

Besides the artwork the "zyx metallic" writing on the disc is another thing to check here, different fonts. Bootleg's looks more "solid" while the original is not
Plus another 2-3 minor differences if you check both discs carefully.
