Thanks Heathen! This is the second bootleg on this album and this time much more professional
I just realized that this seller have many of these new boots. In black list!
"This isn't the first edition but some other later edition"
Why didn't say simply word "BOOTLEG"? Typical slippery and sneaky bastard!

Maybe they are organized in some bootleg associations and have trainings and conferences, because they all use the same descriptions and act in the same way wherever they are ;) The sad part for me is that this guy is from Poland... or at least claims to be.

If you say bootleg ebay might pull your auction. I sold some shirts a few months ago and two of them were bootlegs, so I mentionned it in the auction. They got pulled and I got a warning from ebay.

Atleast he is honest about not being first pressings.

What??? It's really something new to me. Thanks for the answer humus! Ebay would better make as mandatory rule for seller list each CD auction with detailed photo of matrix area. Many buyers will say a BIG thanks for this

Here's the new Apocrypha bootleg, small picture, but band name/album name must be at same starting level (on mine is):
APOCRYPHA
THE FORGOTTEN SCROLL

http://www.ebay.com/itm/APOCRYPHA-Forgo ... 3a70a0230f

Also matrix is different (regarding what he is telling)

It seems to me that this is a bootleg:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... TQ:US:1123

Check out the position of that mark right to C 1990, below the APCY 8036, it's more on the right side that the original should be:

Also notice how the alignment of the album title is wrong.

This seller has tons of boots, so it would be naive to think this is not.

Everytime I get so disappointed when I find out that a too good to be true kind of deal I've been eyeing happens to be that so called "later edition".
