Okay, I know this is an old topic, but I was gone while the last part of this conversation took place.

Having listened to the youtube video clips, I can't say that this is any better then the first time I listened to this "album".

Oh, and this quote from a comment made on youtube made me break out laughing hysterically:
sounds like chubacca taking a crap
Hahaha...

I know this is an old thread, but I just came up with some new info on Rich & Ray (Wheelz of Steel)

They apparently recorded at least one more song: http://www.faqs.org/copyright/love-is-g ... e-is-gone/
Scroll down to the 7th listing, "Love is Good". The title seems much too cheery for them, so maybe life got better for them after Wheelz...

Ain't nothing "traditional" about this band...

Oh, and thanx for the info btw girl (swirl). I recognize this one from when I checked up on the band at the US Copyrights database...
Don't suppose you or your husband has a recording of this song?

Nope. This is the first I'd heard of it. We only have the Volume 1 LP. 8)

This is pretty much how I feel. I mean, it's obviously terrible but has some strange appeal. Must just be the oddity of it.
